The City of Gold Coast, in collaboration with a leading consulting firm, is offering a unique Growth Accelerator Program designed to help local businesses thrive and succeed in today’s competitive market.

The Growth Accelerator Program is here to assist business owners and directors in understanding how to build a prosperous and thriving business. 

What Does the Program Offer?

This program is a chance for local businesses to identify and overcome potential barriers to growth, ensuring that they can quickly and sustainably achieve the next phase of growth. The City of Gold Coast is subsidising this opportunity for 20 local high-growth businesses operating within high-value industry sectors identified in the City’s Economic Strategy 2022-2027.

The program includes one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops. These sessions are designed to equip the selected businesses with the knowledge and tools needed to plan and execute growth strategies effectively. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow participants, network with industry peers, leverage new opportunities, and align with additional growth support programs.

Are You Eligible?

To participate in this fantastic program, please ensure your business meets the following eligibility criteria:

• Your business must be located on the Gold Coast.
• Your business may only participate in the Growth Accelerator Program once.
• You or a representative of your business must be a director, owner, or principal decision-maker.
• Your business must be experiencing or entering a demonstrable high growth phase.
• Your business should meet the following operating criteria:
  • Be in operation for 2 years or more.
  • Have an annual turnover of $1.5 million or more.
  • Employ 10 or more full-time staff.
  • Have experienced a 30% increase in annual turnover or project such growth over the next 3 years.
